Recipe: Country Chicken Casserole

This post was written on May 6 to be posted today while I am in Chicago.

I have been getting some really great recipes off of recently and thought I would start sharing some favorites.

Country Chicken Casserole

1 can cream celery soup
1 can cream potato soup
1 cup milk
1/4 t dried thyme (I never have this so I don't use it)
1/8 t black pepper
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
1 can green beans
1 can carrots (substitute any veggies you like)
4 cup prepared Peppridge Farm seasoned stuffing

Mix all ingedients, top with stuffing. Bake at 25 min at 400 degrees.

Super easy comfort food!
